Kenyan president vows to”fix” the court if re-elected

A day after the Supreme Court voided the presidential election in Kenya due to irregularities, the Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta in a broadcast to the country on live television vowed to “fix” the court if re-elected.

In a rally on Friday he called the Supreme court judges “crooks.”

The electoral body was given 60 days to organise a fresh presidential election.

Meanwhile the opposition candidate Raila Odinga has called for the replacement of the commission saying it has lost credibility.
