The Federal High Court in Abuja on Thursday affirmed the bail granted the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, in the charge of unlawful possession of firearms and money laundering brought against him by the Federal Government. Senate asks finance minister to release N15bn for amnesty programme

  Sequel to the five-month arrears being owed the 30,000 beneficiaries of the amnesty programme, the Senate has asked the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, to release the outstanding N15bn in the 2016 budgetary allocation to the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
